Should an item give cause for a complaint, however, we shall be responsible within the scope of the legally regulated warranty for any defects existing at the time the goods were handed over to the customer. In this case, the customer has the right to a free rectification of the problem or an exchange. If you choose to assert a warranty claim, we would ask that you please return both the item in question and the completed service form to us. Please note that returned goods which have been sent without the proper postage will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
