The skinfit® clothing system has been designed for multisport use all year round. This is key to the long-term use of skinfit® functional clothing. Although our products stand out thanks to their exceptional quality, even our garments aren’t immune to signs of use over the years. Laundry cycles, long training sessions, competitions, treks to the summit and everyday use in wind and rain will put your skinfit® functional garment through a lot. And material or finishing faults cannot be completely prevented despite our strict quality control. We don’t have any influence on this. That’s why we offer a repairs service to all our customers.
Defects, material or finishing faults
We cover any defects or faults in materials and finishing for skinfit® products within the first two years of your purchase. Once the statutory guarantee period is over, costs for repairing defects may vary. Our customer service team will be able to provide you with an estimate via email or telephone.

skinfit® products excluded from the repairs service
Due to their design, only part of our repairs service can be offered for certain skinfit® products. And there are some products that are completely unsuitable for our repairs service.
How can I send a skinfit® product to be repaired?
1. Fill out the service form available here.
2. Please wash your skinfit® product in accordance with our care instructions and make sure it’s completely dry before putting it in the box.
3. Address your parcel to the following address:

Please note that we do not cover shipping costs or insurance against loss or damage during transit. Therefore, we recommend sending your parcel with a service that provides tracking, insurance and proof of receipt.
Your skinfit® product will be repaired within 10 working days of receipt. skinfit® products that are older than two years and those damaged by outside influences (e.g. a fall) may incur repair charges. Our customer service team will be able to provide you with an estimate in advance via email or telephone.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a product is beyond repair.
