How can I place an order?

You can place an order in our  online shop, by emailing kundenservice@skinfit.eu or calling +43 5523 52425 (Mondays – Fridays from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 13.00 to 17.00).

Is there a minimum order value?

No.

Do the prices shown in my order already include VAT?

Yes.

How can I place an order in the online shop if I don’t have a credit/debit card or PayPal account?

It is not possible to place an order in our online shop without a credit/debit card or PayPal account. You can still place an order by emailing
kundenservice@skinfit.eu or calling +43 5523 52425 (Mondays – Fridays from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 13.00 to 17.00).
You can also contact your Skinfit shop partner.

 

How can I change my order?

As long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can contact us on kundenservice@skinfit.eu or on +43 5523 52425 during our opening times.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet.

How long do I have to return my order?

In accordance with our terms and conditions, you have 14 days to return your order. This begins when you receive it.

How can I find out if my order has been dispatched?

Once your order is sent, you will receive an email with a confirmation of dispatch and a tracking number. Remember to check your junk folder.

Can I reserve a product in the online shop?

No.

I recently ordered a product but the price is now higher or lower. Will the difference be refunded or charged to my account?

Prices may change. Even if a price increases or decreases between the day you ordered and the day your order was dispatched, the price valid on the day of your order will apply. We are not able to refund the difference.

Why can’t I complete my order in the online shop?

This may be due to one of many reasons. Please contact our customer service team on kundenservice@skinfit.eu or +43 5523 52425 (Mondays – Fridays from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 13.00 to 17.00).

Can I order a product that is sold out?

Products that are sold out are not displayed in our online shop. You can enquire about the product by contacting us on kundenservice@skinfit.eu

When will a sold out product be available again?

If you’d like information about a specific product, you can contact our customer service team on kundenservice@skinfit.eu or +43 5523 52425 (Mondays – Fridays from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 13.00 to 17.00).

Can I have a different delivery address and billing address?

Yes, you can enter different addresses when you place your order. You can also save these to your user account.

How do I change my billing or delivery address?

Log into your user account and select ‘My Addresses’. Click on ‘Edit Address’ to change your primary address. This is your billing and delivery address. You can change this at any time. Future orders, bills and catalogues will be sent to the updated primary address. You can also set a different delivery address. Click on ‘+ New Address’ If you have already saved an alternative delivery address, you can update and edit this under ‘Edit Address’.

Can I buy a skinfit® voucher in the online shop?

Yes. You can choose from the following options:
1. Your skinfit® voucher is sent to your email address. Remember to check your junk folder.
2. Your skinfit® voucher is sent by post.

How can I redeem my skinfit® voucher?

There is a field in our basket view under the total price, where you can enter a voucher code. Do not use any spaces and check that the case of all letters is correct.

Which size is right for me?

Take a look at our size chart to find the right size for you. If you’re still not sure, please contact our customer service team on kundenservice@skinfit.eu or +43 5523 52425 (Mondays – Fridays from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 13.00 to 17.00).

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Your order will be delivered to the address that you entered in the checkout process. Please enter your main home address as the billing address.

How much does shipping and handling cost?

  • shipping and handling costs domestic (AT):
    • Shipping & pick up at any Skinfit Shop: free of charge
    • Standard EUR 7,–
    • EMS EUR 12,–
    • International: upon request
  • no shipping and handling costs for orders of more than EUR 120,– (AT | Standard)
  • right to return/right to cancellation/exchange within 14 days of receipt of the goods in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions
  • Skinfit does not accept return or exchange shipments without complete postage
  • orders by post, email, telephone or webshop

Will I have to pay additional import duties and other costs on international orders?

Depending on your country of residence you may have to pay local import duties and other costs. We do not have control over your local import regulations. This only applies to international orders where we do not have a subsidiary or local importer. If you are in doubt whether your order will trigger additional import duties, please contact our customer service department skinfitskinfit.eu.

Can I have my order delivered to a Skinfit shop near me?

In Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, France and Belgium, you can place an order using our ‘click and collect’ service to have it delivered to a Skinfit shop of your choice so you can pick it up without paying delivery charges. Choose the Skinfit shop as your delivery address. List of Skinfit shops.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery can take 2 – 6 working days.

Why have I not received all the products from my order?

Orders may be split up into different deliveries for a variety of reasons. If this is the case for your order, we will inform you via email. The delivery note in the package will only cover the products you have received. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team on kundenservice@skinfit.eu or +43 5523 52425 (Mondays – Fridays from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 13.00 to 17.00).

What payment methods do you offer?

You can either pay by credit/debit card (Visa and Mastercard) or PayPal.

Exchanges

How can I exchange an item?

Products purchased in our online shop can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt as long as the products are unused and unwashed and the tag is still attached.

1. Fill the return slip out in full.
2. Place the unused skinfit® product in the box and stick on the returns label.
3. Address your parcel to the following address:

4. Pay for suitable postage. Skinfit will not cover the return postage. Parcels that have not been paid for will not be accepted.

As soon as we have received your parcel, we will process your exchange and send your new product. Any price differences will be invoiced or refunded within 14 days of the parcel’s receipt. 2. Place the unused skinfit® product in the box. The box is just for protection and does not have to be taped closed to be returned at a Skinfit shop.
3. Exchange the product during your Skinfit shop’s opening hours.

Is it free to return an item?

Return postage is not covered by Skinfit. Returns packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted by Skinfit.

Can a product be returned without its original packaging?

A product can be returned without its original packaging within 14 days from the invoice’s issue date as long as the tag has not been removed. The product must be unworn and unwashed. It is your responsibility to return the product in a secure manner suitable for transport. Once we receive your return, products not in their original packaging will be inspected for signs of use. We cannot guarantee that a return will be accepted.

    When are products not covered by the guarantee?

    The statutory 2-year guarantee applies for material or production errors not caused by interference. Damage caused by falls or improper care is not covered. Skinfit does not offer a guarantee for products sold by third parties.
