The CALDO Adamello jacket was developed as an alternative to the classic Skinfit PrimaLoft© jackets. Despite its low weight, it impresses with its enormous fill power (750 cuin - 93/7), offering excellent insulation. The high-quality and RDS-certified duck down is optimally distributed in the special down chambers so that no cold bridges can form and perfect thermal performance is always guaranteed. Elastic cuffs at the hem and sleeves also prevent cold from entering and heat from escaping. Further protection is provided by the lightweight and windproof outer material, a high stand-up collar and a wide-lined zipped under layer. A cosy fleece insert in the two outer zipped pockets promises extra comfort when you want to warm your hands in the pockets. On the inside, you can store personal items in two spacious side pockets. The jacket is ideal for high-altitude treks, ski tours or other mountain challenges and fits easily into any backpack thanks to its small pack size. It can ideally be worn as an outer layer in dry weather or as a midlayer under a hardshell jacket in bad weather.
