In addition, they must meet the same obligations as we do to treat the data in accordance with this privacy policy and the data protection laws of the European Union.

7. Cookies, Google Analytics
“Cookies” are small files stored on your PC that allow us to gather specific information related to you, the user, while you visit one of our websites. Cookies help us to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of our websites and to make our website as comfortable and efficient as possible for you. They do not interfere with the operating system of your computer.

Most of the cookies used are “session cookies”. They will be automatically deleted when you leave our website. Persistent cookies, however, remain on your computer until you manually delete them in your browser. Skinfit uses such persistent cookies to recognise you when you next visit the site.

Skinfit’s website and webshop also use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (Google), which also uses cookies to evaluate the use of the website and the webshop, to compile reports on website activity for website operators, and to provide additional services related to website activity and the internet use. The IP addresses logged by cookies are anonymised and transmitted to a Google server in the US and third parties that process the data for Google.

You can control and block the use of cookies. Under certain circumstances, however, individual functions of our website cannot be used in this case. To block the use of cookies, please refer to the instructions for your browser software.

In any event, when you register on Skinfit’s website, your data will be retained for as long as your account exists and thereafter only for as long as legal obligations so require.

9. Your rights in connection with personal data
On request, Skinfit will be happy to provide you with information on whether and which personal data Skinfit stores and how it will be used. You may also receive the stored data as a copy and request the correction, completion or deletion of your personal data that is incorrect, incomplete or not processed in accordance with the law. In this regard, you can contact Skinfit at the address mentioned in section 10 or contact Skinfit in any other way. In addition, you can use the internet to view the data in your account, which Skinfit has stored about you, and correct it if necessary.
