The CALDO Valcanova Shorts not only impress with their excellent thermal performance, but also with their ultra-light weight and small pack size. The integrated PrimaLoft® Gold padding (100 g) on the front and back ensures excellent insulation, while the exterior performance fabric repels water and wind. Breathable, stretchy panels on the outside and inside as well as around the hips and thighs allow excess body heat to escape quickly and offer uninhibited freedom of movement. With the help of the full-length, different coloured zips on the outsides, the shorts can be put on and taken off quickly and easily, even with shoes on. The particularly stretchy elastic waistband with cord allows for individual width adjustment. A zip pocket on the right thigh provides storage space for personal items. Reflective print on the left rear thigh increases safety at dusk and in the dark. The shorts are ideal to wear under or over other layers, depending on the intended use, and are suitable as a thermal layer on ski tours, for cross-country skiing and before or after competitions.
